About Us
Compassionate Care.
Clinical Excellence.
Rural Setting.
At Progressive PHP of Seaside Health System, we deliver evidence-based behavioral health care in a setting that feels more like home than a hospital. Nestled just north of Baton Rouge and (ADD) east of the Mississippi River in rural Zachary, Louisiana, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides intensive treatment for adults facing psychiatric and co-occurring substance use disorders.
Patients join us as they transition from inpatient care and seek a structured environment to support ongoing recovery. On our safe, 6-acre campus, they find stability, support, and dignity every step of the way.

Our Mission
Progressive PHP is dedicated to providing exceptional care with the highest levels of kindness, dignity and respect. We focus on the needs of the individual, their families, and the communities we serve.
